Total and low-cost integration with Asterisk
OriGn—the CTI and CRM software application for call centers, telemarketing, sales by phone, phone surveys...—integrates seamlessly with Asterisk, the most popular and widespread open-source PBX software framework.
This integration can be achieved using two different protocols:
- Through AMI: Asterisk's own protocol.
- Through SIP: Or, what is the same, voice over IP (VoIP).
In both cases, the integration is very low cost, because neither of these options requires the payment of additional licenses.
